Client Awarded £8,000 after Cycling Accident Injuries

07 April 2014

My client was a cyclist proceeding along the road when the Defendant's vehicle emerged from a junction to my clients left and collided with him.

My client suffered a fractured collar bone, several fractured ribs and soft tissue injuries.

He had to have an operation to pin the collar bone in place. At the time of medical examination he was experiencing intermittent symptoms which were expected to resolve with physiotherapy.

Liability for the cycling accident was admitted by the Defendant's insurance company which made an offer in the amount of £8,000.00 compensation, which was accepted by my client.
