How much does employment advice cost?

If you're involved in a dispute with your employer, our specialist employment lawyers are here to provide help and guidance on your circumstances and what steps you can take.

Our initial employment consultation is only £150. You'll receive practical advice on pursing a potential claim against your employer, a clear roadmap of your option and next steps, and an outline of the costs involved plus funding options that may be available.

Unfair dismissal

The cost of a claim can depend on several factors, most importantly being the stage at which it settles. The majority of our cases settle early and often well in advance of an employment tribunal hearing or even before a tribunal claim has to be submitted. Usually in these cases, the employer will pay some, or all of the legal fees as part of the settlement.

Simple cases

  • Start from £2,400 with average case costs of £3,600-£8,400

Medium complexity cases

  • Start from £3,600 with average costs of £8,400-£18,000

High complexity cases

  • Start from £8,400 with average costs of £18,000-£36,000

Hourly rates

Our hourly rates range from £192 to £588 depending on the complexity of your case, the experience of the lawyer and your location.

How much do you charge for family law advice?

Our dedicated team of family law specialists are on hand to help and support you through a wide range of family law issues, including divorce and separation, financial arrangements, cohabitation agreements, child arrangements, prenuptial agreements and civil partnerships.

Our family initial consultation is £99 and provides straightforward advice on your circumstances, helps you understand your options and empowers you to make an informed decision about your next steps.
