16 October 2012

Specialist Cycling Accident Claims Solicitor Paul Kitson represented a client's husband who was hit from behind when he was cycling along a straight road on the 4th May 2010.

The Defendant claimed to be blinded by the setting sun. A personal injury compensation settlement was reached in March 2012 in the amount of £420,000

A claim was brought under the Fatal Accidents Act for loss of financial dependency and services as well as a bereavement award and also personal injury claims for the widow and the deceased’s daughter who witnessed the deceased dying in hospital.
