Director's contract negotiation successfully achieved

We acted for a client who was a board director of a major international bank and was moving to a similar position at another major international institution. Our client was offered a complex and valuable contract together with an equally complex and valuable incentive scheme. We assisted the client to negotiate substantial joining compensation to compensate him for the loss of deferred remuneration from his former employer, and secured valuable concessions in the bank standard documentation in regard to his entitlements going forward.
