06 May 2011

Whilst a man was cycling a defect on his bike caused it to fall apart.  He suffered a fractured collarbone as a result of the cycling accident so made a cycling accident claim against the manufacturers for defect.  Expert evidence confirmed that the metal used for the bike frame was of inadequate quality.
