£370,000 Compensation for Steve Ball Injured in Motorbike Accident
14 March 2011
A man, Steve Ball, has been awarded £370,000 compensation after a motorbike accident left him with severe injuries and forced him to retire early. The accident, which occurred near to the city where he lives, left our client with serious injuries to his shoulder, neck and right arm. The damage was so great that he lost full use of the right hand side of his body. Our client underwent emergency surgery in an attempt to repair the damage which had been done. Although he still suffers severe pain on occasion and has limited movement in his shoulders and fingers, the operations were successful. Slater and Gordon's expert motorbike accident solicitors successfully negotiated a settlement of £370,000 for our client. This money will go towards the money he lost as a result of retiring early and to compensate the pain and suffering he went through.
