Road Traffic Accident Compensation for Injured Man
09 November 2010
A man was driving his car towards the motorway. As he approached the junction to join the motorway he was hit by another car. The other driver had failed to give way for our client, as he should have done. Following the road traffic accident, our client suffered a mild head injury, loss of consciousness, and post traumatic amnesia. Fortunately, an MRI scan showed our client had suffered no brain damage. Our client also suffered various injuries to his upper body.
Liability was accepted, and with help from our expert RTA Unit solicitors our client was awarded over £11,500 to compensate for the injuries he suffered.
