Freezing Conditions Cause Accident at Work

16 November 2010

Our client was instructed to fit a solar panel to the roof of a motor home by his employers.  As the job was undertaken in wintery conditions it meant that ice had collected on the roof of the vehicle.  Our client raised this as a potential issue, but his supervisor declined the request to wait until the ice had melted. As the man climbed on top of the motor home he slipped and fell awkwardly.  Because of this accident at work he suffered minor injuries to his arm and shoulder. With help from our expert accident at work solicitors our client was awarded over £3,000 for the injuries suffered.
