Negligent Dental Advice Results in Future Operations
04 October 2010
Our client was riding his bike when he suffered a cycling accident. He only received minor injuries, but had to visit the dentist to sort out a problem with a tooth. The dentist extracted the tooth and replaced it with an implant. Our client was aged 13 at the time of the surgery, and it was our expert dental error solicitor’s opinion that the treatment should not have gone ahead as our client was still developing. Various offers were made to compensate our client, and eventually the figure of £9,500 was agreed in August 2010.
