£160,000 Awarded to NHS Worker Following Injury

13 September 2010

Our client worked for the NHS and was injured at work when she was lowering the height of a couch.  Her foot slipped off the pedal as the cover had been removed, causing personal injury to her ankle.  As a result of the injuries caused, our client developed a form of Partial Complex Regional Pain syndrome. With help from our expert accident at work solicitors, our client was awarded £160,000 in compensation.
