Cycling accident claim put forward after car collides with cyclist
17 May 2010
In a cycling accident claim, our claimant was cycling along a main road. At the time of the accident, he was wearing a yellow, blue and black cycle jersey and had a holdall on his back which was blue and had reflector strips on it. As he was cycling along, a car drove past him at a high speed and had caught his handle bars, causing him to be dragged along the motor vehicle. He then fell of his bike on the road, where by he suffered personal injury.
Our client suffered soft tissue injuries to his right elbow, right shoulder, right thigh and right knee. RJW’s cycling accident solicitors settled this case, allowing our client to receive compensation ranging from £3,300 - £4,400.
