RJW act quickly to resolve any contentious probate issues

17 November 2009

We acted for the executor and principal beneficiary of an estate where the deceased’s wife made a claim for money to be paid out of the estate to her.  Recognising that in law the wife had a claim and negotiating with the wife’s lawyers, we were able to help our client reach an out of court settlement with the wife, avoiding expensive and protracted legal proceedings.
