Claimant receives £13 000 in compensation after damaging his finger at work
20 August 2009
In another distressing accident at work, our claimant was a catalogue worker who was delivering items to residential addresses. As the claimant was posting items through a letter box she sustained dog bite injuries which had led to the tip of the middle finger being damaged. Liability was accepted by the homeowners insurers and damages were agreed in the sum of £13 000.
