Tashi Radha Solicitor
Tashi is an experienced solicitor in the Criminal and Misconduct Department.
Her practice encompasses all aspects of misconduct investigations and proceedings, criminal investigations and trials.
She also specialises in post-incident investigations and inquests.
Tashi has extensive experience in criminal cases such as perverting the course of justice, road traffic offences, assaults and misconduct in public office.
She has represented officers in Misconduct matters such as racism, sexual harassment, excessive use of force and unauthorised access of the PNC.
She regularly provides seminars to Police Federation representatives on criminal and misconduct proceedings involving police officers.
Tashi has worked for the firm for over 5 years and has worked on high profile cases such as the Inquest into the Death of Jean Charles de Menezes.
Tashi obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Development Studies from the University of East Anglia in 1998. She obtained a Masters Degree in Understanding and Securing Human Rights in 2001 from the University of London. She completed the Post-Graduate Diploma in Law at London Guildhall University and completed the Bar Vocational Course at Inns of Court School of Law with a grade of Very Competent. She was called to the Bar in 2004. When she cross-qualified to become a solicitor she gained a grade of distinction.
