A severe leg injury sustained by a man in a road traffic accident may result in him pursuing a compensation settlement.
According to the Harrow Times, a male in his 50s is being treated at St Mary's Hospital - an institution managed by the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust - following a collision on Honeypot Lane in Queensbury earlier this month.
This incident resulted in a 42-year-old, Vasile Prelipcean, passing away due to a head injury when a car hit a bus stop in the town, while the other man involved remains in hospital and may consider launching a claim for civil damages.
The news source explained that an investigation into the accident is now underway, with local police appealing for any witnesses - either other motorists or pedestrians - who saw the crash to come forward and provide details.
Once the cause of the incident is established, the victim will be able to decide whether or not to seek compensation.
