Victoria Beckham has won undisclosed libel damages after a newspaper supplement claimed she was perceived as a "grade A bitch" in the US.
An article published in the Star magazine said that she was seen as "very picky, demanding and rude" and that the production crew "can't stand her".
It was also claimed that she shouted at her husband on the telephone as though he were one of their children.
Ms Beckham won the damages in the High Court after the jury accepted her claims that filming on the show had not even started when the alleged comments were said to have been made.
The Star's publisher, Northern and Shell, has now agreed that the claims made in the article were untrue and has retracted them.
Victoria Beckham: Coming to America, the reality TV in which Ms Beckham is due to star, is set to be on air on NBC later this year.
