I agree to the Terms of Use, have reviewed the Consumer Disclosure and understand that by signing this agreement, and pursuing my claim, costs will be incurred on my behalf (such as legal fees or disbursements) and I am liable to pay these although it is acknowledged that it is likely that some of these costs will be recovered from the opponent(s).
