Get to know Shauna
I am a University of Law graduate having completed the Legal Practice Course with MSc in Law, Business and Management with a distinction and my law degree with a 2:1. During my postgraduate, I focussed on the electives commercial dispute resolution, commercial law and intellectual property.
Upon completing my studies, I played a part in multiple document review projects before starting life at Slater and Gordon.
Career highlights
Within the collective actions department, I’m involved with the Volkswagen emissions collective action. My role involves engaging and communicating with clients, as well as helping my team meet court deadlines. I believe this is a great start to my legal career.
I’m looking forward to working on many more interesting cases in the future.
The extra mile
I am a co-founder of Legal Jargon, a space for future lawyers to learn, grow and network. Through Legal Jargon, I organise webinars with legal professionals; post and edit commercial awareness articles; and manage our campus ambassadors from all across the UK.
