Get to know Nicole

I have been representing medical negligence clients for over 6 years and qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2019.

I have both managed and assisted on a wide range of medical negligence cases, including claims against GPs, Hospital Trusts, and surgeons. I have experience of dealing with claims involving lower limb amputations, sepsis, delay in diagnosis claims, fatal claims, ophthalmic claims, delays in diagnosing cancer, surgical errors, orthopaedic injuries, and medical consent claims.

Career highlights

I have been involved in several successful lower limb amputation cases. Achieving settlement for these clients has given me the opportunity to see first hand the difference that the adaptations and support put in place with compensation can make to someone’s life.

In 2018, I was instructed in a fatal sepsis related claim and worked with my client on World Sepsis Day to speak about their case. Together, we took part in television and newspaper interviews to raise awareness of the condition and the importance of early recognition and treatment.

I am accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as a ‘Litigator’.

The extra mile

I am a regular volunteer for the AvMA (Action against Medical Accidents) helpline which is a charity for patient safety and justice.
