I am an Associate in the Medical Negligence Department in London. I work hard to ensure that I achieve justice for clients at often a very stressful and difficult time in their lives, whether from suffering a life changing injury or being a relative of those that have died because of their injuries.

Get to know Nadia

I have extensive experience of running caseloads and ensure cases are progressed efficiently. I have a passion for obtaining justice for my clients and find it rewarding to be able to assist clients at such a difficult time in their lives.

I am an experienced Solicitor and APIL accredited “litigator” having specialised in law for ten years.

I obtained a BA in English Literature in 2006 before undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice course in 2008. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and have since handled a vast and varied caseload from delay in cancer diagnosis, stillbirths, GP negligence, negligent Orthopaedic surgery resulting in trauma, and cases involving amputation. I also represent relatives whose loves one have died as a result of their injuries.

Career highlights

Some of the settlements I have achieved include the following:

  • £200,000 claim for a case involving a negligent Ophthalmologic procedure resulting in partial blindness.
  • £64,000 negligent post-operative care in the elderly care ward following surgery leading to sepsis and an above knee amputation.
  • £55,000 for a delay in diagnosing recurrent UTIs and provide appropriate care resulting sepsis, disorientation, falls and loss of independence resulting in death.
  • £42,500 for a delay in diagnosing cardiac failure resulting in death.

Recognistion

I am an APIL accredited “litigator”.

The extra mile

I have presented talks at the Rivers Hospital Clinical Education Programme for GPs across Hertfordshire and Essex

I have prepared a detailed presentation at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists Congress Meeting.
