Employment
Myles Thomas
Solicitor
Employment law affects us all. I believe it is vitally important that individuals know their rights, have access to justice and I am proud to facilitate this every day.

Get to know Myles
I qualified as a solicitor in July 2020 following the successful completion of my Training Contract in a Welsh regional law firm and consultancy. I undertook seats in property, litigation, employment and advised in-house on data protection. I joined Slater and Gordon’s leading employment team in September 2020.
Career highlights
I advised a client in respect of a disability discrimination claim against a leading UK pharmaceutical chain and was successful in negotiating redeployment. I recently acted for a client in a sexual harassment and victimisation claim and achieved a near six figure settlement. I regularly advise individuals on a wide range of employment issues including data protection, disputes at work, disciplinary processes, employment tribunal claims and settlement agreements.
I was recognised by the independent legal guide, Legal 500, as a 'Key Lawyer' in my field and it states: "The team is a very safe pair of hands and provides excellent work at tribunals."
The extra mile
I'm a member of the Law Society and a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
