Get to know Megan
I joined Slater & Gordon in 2017 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2020. I have experience in successfully dealing with a wide range of clinical negligence claims including delayed diagnosis of cancer/other health conditions, delayed diagnosis and treatment of fractures/other orthopaedic injuries, negligent treatment during labour/delivery and negligent GP care, amongst others.
Career highlights
The highlight of my career which stands out for me is taking a claim to trial at County Court and succeeding, and thereafter successfully defending a High Court appeal brought by the Defendant; resulting in my client receiving the outcome they deserve.

I have been recognised in the independent legal guide, the Legal 500 as a ‘Key Lawyer’.
