Get to know Kowshiny

I have been working at Slater and Gordon since March 2018 and in October 2020 I was promoted to paralegal in the OMS Employment team. In my short time with Slater and Gordon I have dealt with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. I assist the fee earners on a range of employment issues including redundancy, unfair dismissal and discrimination.

Career highlights

During my career I have worked on a number of subject access requests and GDPR work. Additionally, I have assisted on high value cases with the team which have been very rewarding.

I was recognised by the independent legal guide, Legal 500, as a 'Key Lawyer' in my field. It states: "The team is a very safe pair of hands and provides excellent work at tribunals."
