Jenni is the Managing Director of Essential Legal Services and is focused on bringing together multiple operational teams responsible for the end to end customer experience.
Get to know Jenni
Jenni joined Slater and Gordon as Head of Customer Experience in 2019, before becoming Director of Operations leading our customer onboarding team in Liverpool.
After graduating from the University of Newcastle with a degree in Law, Jenni joined Lloyds Banking Group on its graduate scheme, undertaking roles across audit, product, customer experience and operations in locations including London and New York. Whilst at Lloyds, she studied for a second degree in financial markets and strategic management.
Jenni then moved to Barclays as VP of Strategy for Collections and Recoveries. After 10 years specialising in financial services, Jenni brought her strategy and operations expertise to the legal services sector and joined Slater and Gordon.
As Managing Director of Essential Legal Services Jenni’s role is focused on bringing together multiple operational teams responsible for the end to end customer experience. This ranges from customer onboarding to the full range of essential legal services including Fast Track RTA, Employer & Public Liability and Residential Conveyancing as well as aspects of family, employment and wills. Jenni’s remit is to integrate and leverage diverse skillsets across all of these functions, ensuring that customers’ needs are at the front and centre of our approach at Slater and Gordon.
