Working in the commercial team, I am focused on the growth and development of Slater and Gordon’s Specialist Legal Services. I lead a number of high profile relationships within charities, hospitals, membership organisations and policing.

I am responsible for implementing our business development strategy across our legal practice areas, working alongside heads of practice on the growth of their respective areas. Within my remit, includes our Serious Injury and Abuse Law & Public Inquiries teams where I commercially lead a number of relationships including charity partnerships that support individuals with a serious or life changing injury, organisations that support victims of crime and our work with major trauma centres, air ambulance, rehabilitation units and hospitals. I also oversee the firms police strategy, including the work our in-house police team undertake, our long standing relationship with Police Federation of England and Wales and police force relationships including Chief Constables and Police & Crime Commissioners.

Career highlights:
In 2025 I launched a pioneering partnership with Air Ambulances UK where I developed the AAUK Improving Outcomes Fund. The first of its kind fund enables the 21 air ambulance charities to apply for grant funding for projects such as crew support and patient aftercare – I also sit on the grant fund panel. Alongside the partnership was a first of its kind national legal panel, ensuring accessible legal advice.
Championing those who have life changing injury and enabling them to participate in activities is important - working together with The Silverlining Brain Injury Charity I have overseen the creation of a digital art book where service users with lived experience provided meaningful art around the theme of ‘Let Your Heart Shine’
Our long standing police relationships are an important area of the firm and I am privileged to regularly represent the firm in awarding officers for their continued acts of bravery as part of our local, regional and national police relationships.
