David Flanagan Solicitor, Court of Protection
David is a Solicitor in the Court of Protection team at Slater and Gordon in Manchester. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with property and financial matters for challenging clients and qualified into Court of Protection law after also gaining experience in estate administration and personal injury matters at his previous firms.
David has a varied caseload, including applications and administrations such as personal injury trusts, minor trust applications, lay Deputyship applications, statutory Wills, interim financial orders and retrospective gifts.
He has clients across the UK, who have suffered serious head injuries or lack capacity as a result of a disability, illness, personal injury, clinical negligence or old age. David’s role covers the day to day management of multi million pound compensation awards alongside co-coordinating support and care packages whilst working with other professionals to get the best support for his clients.
