I am an Associate Solicitor in the Employment Team at based in the London office, acting for trade union clients.
Get to know Clare
I qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2013 and in England and Wales in 2022. I joined Slater and Gordon as an Associate in the London office in 2024. I am skilled at advising and representing clients on all aspects of employment law including unfair and wrongful dismissals, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancies, breach of contract, pension disputes and equal pay claims.
I have acted for clients in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeals Tribunal and the High Court. I have particular experience dealing with public sector employers.
I am passionate about resolving conflicts as strategically and efficiently as possible and am skilled at negotiating favourable settlement agreements.
Career highlights
Prior to joining Slater and Gordon, I acted for numerous HM Government departments, where I advised them on all aspects of employment law and represented departments in employment litigation.
In Australia, I practiced at a large Aboriginal legal aid organisation and represented a number of clients in The Royal Commission into the Detention and Protection of Children in the Northern Territory.
