Aida has been practicing employment law since 2011, and qualified as a solicitor in 2014. Her focus throughout her legal career has been acting for individuals. Aida has extensive experience in employment and discrimination law, having trained at a firm specialising only in this area of law. After qualifying as a solicitor, Aida established and led the employment law department at a law centre in West London, before returning to private practice in 2016.
Aida has successfully represented individuals in claims against a variety of respondents – from SMEs to household names, luxury brands and investment banks. She has a genuine enthusiasm and passion for employment law, with a particular interest in sex discrimination, and claims involving pregnancy and maternity.
Aida is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
