Get to know Herjot

I’m currently a paralegal in Slater and Gordon’s collective actions department in London, focusing on the VW NOx emissions scandal.

I graduated from the University of Southampton in 2019 with a First-Class Honours in International Legal Studies LLB and studied at Singapore Management University as part of my degree.

Career highlights

I have been fortunate enough to work on several complex high-profile matters since graduating. This includes a competition litigation for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies, the Infected Blood Public Inquiry, and the UK Government’s Covid-19 PPE contract judicial reviews.

The extra mile

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I have started an online initiative utilising my Punjabi skills to support Punjabi women by hosting monthly sessions on various issues, including domestic violence and mental health.
