Our client, Anna*, a wife and mother in her 40s, was hit head on while driving down a country road near Peterborough in 2020. She and her husband, also in the car at the time, were both injured.
As a result of the other driver’s careless driving, Anna sustained brain injuries and a concussion, fractures to her eye socket and injuries to her mouth which have resulted in pain and discomfort with her teeth. Reports about the crash appeared in at least three different news outlets.
