Nils is the Chief Executive Officer of Slater and Gordon, with over 20 years’ experience assisting the growth of companies, both organically and through acquisition.
Get to know Nils
As CEO, Nils oversees our Specialist Legal Services and Essential Legal Services businesses and our Group and Shared Services functions. Prior to being appointed CEO in July 2022, Nils was previously Chief Financial and Operating Officer. In this role Nils led the Group Finance function and also oversaw commercial development initiatives, working closely with the CEO and wider leadership team. Nils has been with Slater and Gordon since January 2018 as Chairman of the Group and subsequently Chief Development Officer before becoming COO in November 2021 and taking on the broader finance remit in January 2022.
He has more than 20 years of experience in helping companies to successfully grow and develop, both organically and through acquisition, in the UK and internationally.
Prior to working at Slater and Gordon, Nils held senior positions across a range of companies and sectors, having spent significant time within the private equity industry.
