Get to know Leigh
I qualified in 2018, specialising in personal injury and health and safety law. I joined Slater and Gordon in 2021 as part of their medical negligence team.
I represent clients in a wide variety of medical negligence claims including surgical errors, nursing errors, misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis. I also specialise in fatal claims and claims concerning birth injuries.
I have significant personal injury litigation experience in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. My principal fields of practice have previously included employer’s liability, public liability and road traffic accidents. I also have experience in fatal accident enquiries.
