Career Highlights
Among my career highlights, I've successfully assisted Mr Kelly at the Court of Appeal stage of his appeal against the refusal of the Chief Constable of South Yorkshire Police Force to backdate his injury award to the date of retirement. This case will now ensure that all other injured former police officers are able to establish their right to an injury pension from the date of retirement.
