I specialise in assisting individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of accidents across all areas of personal injury. I have particular expertise representing catastrophically injured individuals or bereaved families following road traffic collisions.
I adopt a holistic approach to representing my clients and ensure they and their families are fully supported throughout the claims process and beyond with early access to interim payments and rehabilitation as standard.
I also represent families in Inquests and Inquiries and I am proud to be leading the Slater and Gordon team representing a cohort of core participants in the Public Inquiry into the Grenfell Tower disaster. I also represent those individuals in claims for compensation flowing from claims in negligence and breaches of the Human Rights and Equality Acts.
