We actively celebrate and support our lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, non-binary and ally communities both internally and externally. We understand the importance of inclusion, not just in the workplace but in social situations and home-life.
We strive to improve our internal culture through LGBT+ inclusive policies, training, recruitment and career progression. We’ve created a safe place where our employees can be who they are and thrive.
We’re also working with our external communities to help raise awareness and support for our LGBT+ communities.
We’re very fortunate to have over 2000 different perspectives, backgrounds, characters and sets of strengths which together create multiple different ways of solving problems for our customers as well as creating a better-balanced business. We want all our people to feel that they can be themselves and thrive at the good work they do for our customers.
