Holiday Food Poisoning Compensation Claim Settled by Personal Injury Solicitors

Our client was on holiday at an all-inclusive resort hotel in Spain where he took part in a Gala Buffet. He was extremely ill for the rest of his holiday and had to have intravenous treatment due to the severity of his food poisoning symptoms.
The holiday company denied liability and requested details of all the clients’ meals and expenditure for the duration of his holiday at the resort and two weeks prior to the food poisoning incident.
Inspection of the hotels lengthy assessment food and hygiene report indicated previous complaints about uncooked chicken and the defendants were unable to confirm or deny the presence of such food that night.
The holiday company settled the compensation claim in full.
