Personal Injury Solicitor Brendan Lowe successfully negotiates £7000 in an Accident at Work Case

12 June 2012

Our client was working in the Goods-In Department of the warehouse in Coalville. He was labelling some coffee tables when another member of staff, his manager, drove his PPT (pump pallet truck) into a stack of steelys. These metal infrastructures used for holding goods, in turn collided with our client and trapped him in between the steelys and the pallets.

Liability was admitted and the case settled after issue following a dispute with the medical evidence. Our Personal Injury specialist Brendan Lowe negotiated a settlement of £7000 for our client.
