Potholed Road Causes Injuries to Cyclist

01 December 2010

A man was cycling along the road near to his home when he road over a large pothole.  Due to the size of the hole our client was thrown from his bike and suffered injuries to his upper body. A claim was made to the local council and with help from our expert cycling accident solicitors, liability was admitted and our client was awarded £4,000 to compensate his injuries.
