Cycling Accident Injury Compensation Recovered by RJW’s Expert Solicitors

10 October 2010

Our client was riding his bicycle around a roundabout in his home town when he was involved in a cycling accident.  He had already entered the roundabout, and had the intention of turning right at the third exit.  Whilst he was doing this, a white van drove onto the roundabout with no care for other motorist and drove into the rear of our client’s bicycle.  Because of this, our client was thrown with some force to the floor and suffered a fractured collarbone and various other cuts and bruises. Liability was accepted by the defendant, and with help from our expert cycling accident solicitors, compensation of £6,500 was recovered.
