Client Injured in a Public Place Awarded Compensation for Injuries
23 August 2010
Our client was walking along a pedestrianised street when she caught her left foot, and tripped over a raised paving slab. This meant that she fall forwards, and suffered injuries to her face and hands. Investigations revealed that the area in which our client tripped was a private forecourt owned by Tesco. Tesco admitted liability, and with help from our expert solicitors, compensation was awarded to our client.
