RJW work closely with their clients

17 November 2009

We were able to advise a non-domiciled client on her UK inheritance tax liability and help her plan how her UK assets should be divided on her death. The client’s primary concern was that a large number of friends and relatives should receive a legacy on her death. The client wanted some to receive a fixed monetary sum and others to receive a percentage of her residuary estate. Working closely with her accountant we were able to help the client balance the figures to benefit her beneficiaries in the way that she wanted.
