Grace Brass Senior Associate, Family
Grace is a family solicitor at Slater and Gordon Lawyers in Cambridge.
She regularly advises police staff on all areas of family law including separation and has a particular interest in reaching financial settlements expediently minimising conflict and acrimony.
Much of Grace’s work is for individual police officers. She advises in both contentious and non-contentious matters but a substantial part of her practice involves advising and litigating children and financial claims of all types, often involving complex and multi-faceted issues and cross jurisdictional points of law.
As a member of Resolution, she is committed to adopting a non-confrontational approach where possible and works to provide proactive, constructive and realistic advice from the start. While she aims to resolve issues amicably where possible, she is a confident and experienced court advocate and is regularly instructed by many clients on the basis of personal recommendations.
