A woman has claimed she was the victim of unfair dismissal and sexual discrimination when she lost her job.
Deidre Clark was employed by Allen & Overy and accuses her former boss, Tony Humphrey, of being "sexually obsessed" with her.
In a submission to an employment tribunal in Stratford - which is located in the London borough of Newham - the 44-year-old said the manager was "infuriated" after seeing her with her new boyfriend.
She was sacked from the organisation after writing an erotic novel on the internet, which the firm said brought it into disrepute.
It was based on the life of a Westerner living in Moscow and contained references to sex and drugs.
Ms Clark stated: "I believe my dismissal was purely a matter of sexual persecution by my superior."
She is seeking a total of £3.49 million and the case remains ongoing, with her ex-employer saying it will defend the claim.
