Another day has passed with more revelations coming to light in relation to the VW emissions scandal.
Yesterday, VW admitted that not only were various models of the VW and Audi brands affected but that also 1.2m Skodas have also been fitted with the ‘defeat devices’.
Although it has not been confirmed yet which models of Skoda have been fitted with the emissions cheating software, it is feared that UK consumers will be affected by this latest revelation to hit the German motoring giant.
So far we have received over 2,000 enquiries from VW and Audi owners and are calling on Skoda owners to register their interest in bringing a group action against VW for the inevitable losses they will suffer having purchased their vehicles on the back of apparent misrepresentations made by VW.
So far the models which have been caught up in the scandal are:
- Volkswagen Beetle
- Volkswagen Jetta
- Volkswagen Golf
- Volkswagen Passat
- Audi A1
- Audi A3
- Audi A4
- Audi A5
- Audi A6
- Audi TT
- Audi Q3
- Audi Q7
We will update you when we know which Skoda models have been affected.
