Slater and Gordon Lawyers UK are once again proud to support the great cause of St Luke’s Will Month, giving people the opportunity to make considerable savings on writing a Will whilst helping the patients of St Luke’s hospice in Sheffield.
Founded in 2011, the scheme allows you to make a Will, make a big difference to St Luke’s patients, and make savings on your Will whilst doing so. St Luke’s Sheffield Hospice care for people aged 18 and upwards who have incurable illnesses. Just as important, they support the families of patients at an incredibly emotional time. Making a Will is a way to look after your loved ones by seeing that they are provided for after your death.
With your help St. Luke’s can continue to care, free of charge, for Sheffield people giving them the best quality of life.
Single Will for £85, Joint Will for £125
The first step is to book an appointment with a participating Will Writing Lawyer. Appointments for St Luke’s Will Month are only available in April 2015, but bookings are being taken now to avoid disappointment. The next step is writing a Will; after which you just need to make your donation to St Luke’s. Suggested minimum donations are £85 for a single Will, £125 for a joint Will. By making a Will and supporting St Luke’s Will Month you can make significant savings on the cost of your Will, and a significant impact on the lives of their patients and loved ones.
Slater and Gordon Paralegal Samantha Kennedy said, “Dealing with the loss of a loved one can be hard enough without the concern that they did not have their estate in order. Being involved in St Luke’s Will month allows us to provide peace of mind and security to our clients whilst contributing to a wonderful and worthwhile cause. I am delighted to be supporting the scheme again.”
