She specialises in helping people who have been injured as a result of medical negligence to receive compensation. Parbeen has experience in GP/Hospital/Optical and Dental negligence. 

In particular, Parbeen handles a wide variety of cases including those concerning claims bought on behalf of an Estate and/or claims by dependants under the Fatal Accidents Act 1976 and the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1934 , amputation, obstetric negligence, wrongful birth/stillbirth, delayed diagnosis in cancer cases, surgical negligence and orthopaedic cases including hip and knee replacements as well as multiple fractures and multiple ligament injuries.

Parbeen also has experience of cases concerning employer's liability, public liability and personal injury. She also has experience dealing with claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) including assisting families of victims of murder/manslaughter, victims of rape/sexual assaults, victims of serious assaults under section 18 and 20 offences under the Offences Against the Person Act 1862 leading to brain injury and other serious and life threatening conditions.
