“I am writing to you in order to express my appreciation for the excellent advice and support I have received from one of your partners, Jennifer Ainscough, who has represented me on behalf of the Police Federation for the past seven months regarding an employment matter. I believe the advice provided to me was extremely astute in terms of content and timing as the day went on. She was absolutely fantastic, at every stage, both on a professional and human level, and her patience, empathy and humour was very much appreciated throughout the day. The positive conclusion of this matter has been of considerable assistance to me in moving on with my life and career. I am very grateful for Jennifer’s advice and support, and for the obviously strong relationship she has with the Police Federation which was of importance to my case, she is a credit to your firm.”
