Paul is an Industrial Disease Solicitor at Slater and Gordon Lawyers in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

During his career, Paul has won compensation for a staggering number of people who have experienced distress, discomfort and life-threatening symptoms as a result of work-related illness and disease.

His caseload has been dominated with asbestos and mesothelioma cases and he has represented victims at home and abroad.

His work has been used in the coordination of a large amount of test litigation in the area of asbestos and he regularly lectures on the subject to other interested parties.

In November 2012 he was invited to speak on the co-ordination of asbestos litigation across jurisdictions at the Australian Lawyers Alliance annual conference.

Paul is involved with a number of asbestos support groups in the UK.
