Holidaymakers Win Legal Action Following Hotel Explosion

Three British travellers injured in an explosion at their Dominican Republic resort were awarded settlements for their injuries.

What Happened: Our clients were in the restaurant at their hotel in the Dominican Republic when a gas explosion sent them flying from their seats.

Impact: Their holiday was ruined and one of our clients suffered from broken ribs, respiratory issues and tinnitus. As well as being physically injured, each of our clients suffered post-traumatic stress disorder.
