A former Cammell Lairds electrician was awarded a six-figure settlement for exposure to asbestos that resulted in mesothelioma.

What Happened: Our client was employed as an apprentice electrician on board a ship for Cammell Lairds. He was exposed to asbestos whilst working in the vicinity of laggers who were engaged in mixing and applying asbestos insulation.
